A big part of developing patience is learning how to be comfortable with nothing happening, so in this session we will explore stillness. Many of us feel anxious, jittery, and unsettled in a moment of stillness – we’re so used to trying to get someplace else, fix something, solve a problem, or get immediate gratification. Let’s see what it feels like to just be still, and find peace in that stillness.
Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
