Ingredient:
7 lb of ground beef chuck
2 onions sliced
1 red bell pepper
5 olives
10 mushroom sliced
3 cups of tomato paste
1/2 lb of shredded cheese
3 pepperoni links sliced
4 sausage links
3 jalapeño sliced
10 bacon sliced and cut in half
Pinch of Parsley
Seasoning:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Directions:
1. Set up your grill for indirect heating
2. On a grill friendly pan season your chuck, mix all your seasoning and flatten your meat. Spread your sauces on top. Coat the top with a layer of shredded cheese, sausages, onions, bell pepper, mushroom, jalapeño, pepperoni, and of course bacon
3. Place the chuck on the grill for 45 minutes and cover the lid. With a basting tube take the a little bit juice out and turn your pan for even cooking for another 45 minutes.
4. Cut the meat up into about 8 pieces. Put more cheese, jalapeño, and garlic on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Grab your bun assemble your burger with your favorite condiments and eat.
