Servings: Makes 1 pot

Ingredients:
5-6 Shittake mushroom (dried or fresh)
Half pot of chicken stock
2 tbsp Chinese wine
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp cornstarch and water mixed
white pepper to taste
1 egg
Minced green onions
Directions:
1. Cut up the mushrooms and depending on what you bought, if bought dried then re-hydrate them overnight or cut up the fresh ones.
2. Boil chicken stock in a pot and add in all of the ingredients.
3. At the very end stir the soup while slowly pouring the whisked egg into the soup.
