Ingredients:
1 Loaf day old crusty bread cut into 1" cubes
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
1. Heat the pan to a high temperature with the butter and oil until it crackles.
2. Drop in a pinch of sea salt before adding the bread. Toss until the croutons color on all sides. The perfect crouton is crispy on the outside and slightly moist on the inside.
