Cooking Recipe

Directions:
1. Place a heavy skillet or saucepan on the stove over medium-high heat.

2. Add whatever combination of spices that you like. For example, equal parts ground cumin, turmeric and cardamom.

3. Stir the spices around with a wooden spatula so they don€t burn.

4. Cook for about one minute, or until the spice aroma is very strong.
