1 peeled and halved red onion
4 serrano chiles
1/4 cup of cilantro
1 seeded jalepeno pepper
2 green onions
salt & pepper to taste
1. Start by prepping all your vegetables. Take out the core of the tomatoes but keep the tomato whole. Next de-stem and seed a jalapeno pepper. Make sure to wash your hands, knife, and cutting board.
2. Take the red onion and cut it in half but keep them whole. Grab 2 green onions and cut off the fuzzy ends. Bunch up some cilantro and chop them up and save it for later.
3. Throw the vegetables on the grill and grill till they have great color. Once you have grilled and have some dark color on the vegetables, take them out and blend them with a hand blender. Top off with some cilantro and they are ready to serve.
