There's no better eating than barbecue chicken served hot off the grill. Watch the BBQ Pit Boys show you how easy it is to make a classic chicken marinade and mopping sauce and then use it to grill up some real tasty and juicy chicken. They also demonstrate the technique called the "indirect grilling method" for this old-time barbecue chicken recipe.

Cooking Recipe

Serving Size: 4
Cook Time: 60 minutes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ready In: 1:05 minutes

Ingredient:
1 egg
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of vinegar
4 tbsp chicken rub
1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
7 lbs of chicken

Direction:

Marinade:
1. In a large bowl mix in all your egg, oil, chicken rub, and pepper.

2. In a large ziplock bag filled with chicken pour your marinade into the bag and let the chicken marinade for 4 hours

Indirect Grilling:
1. Heat your grill up with hot cole on one side, place the chicken on the hot side and sear on each side. Once they are evenly seared on each side move them to the other side of the grill, cook rest of the chicken

2. Cover the lid and cook it for 20 minutes at 300°F - 325°F, mop your chicken on both side, close the lid for another 20 minutes and mop them again. Cook for another 20 minutes then you are done.

Enjoy!
