3 cups (10 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (3 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
2 & 1/2 cups (16 ounces) ricotta cheese
1 large egg, beaten
3 tbsp half n half
1/4 tsp salt
5-6 cups Meat Sauce
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
1. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, beaten egg, half-n-half and salt.
2. In a crock pot, layer sauce, uncooked lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture and shredded cheeses until you have used all the ingredients, ending with a topping of mozzarella.
3. Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or 6-8 hours on low.
