1. Heat your grill with 2 zones, hot and cool.
2. Ground some beef chuck add minced garlic, onion and add your Sazon and mold it into a patty.
3. Place the meat on the hot zone of your grill cover the lid and cook for about 5 -8 minutes. Flip the patty, cover lid and cook for 5-8 minutes. Slide it over to the cool zone and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
4. Assemble your burger and eat.
