1/2 bag of rice noodles
1. In a sauce pan add your broth, lime juice, garlic cloves, cinnamon, and star anise. Stir everything and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Soak the rice noodle in water for about 5 minutes. Once the broth comes to a simmer in a large bowl add in the rice noodle and broth. Garnish with your choice of toppings.
