White Wine/Dried Sherry/Rice Wine
3/4 tsp olive oil
1. Place the chopped meat into the bowl, light soy sauce, dark soy, rice wine, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate.
2. In a large pan place olive oil and ginger then place the marinated meat into the pan. Sear it for few seconds and give it a flip then a stir. Once meat is ready place the broccoli in. Add in sesame oil and oyster sauce and stir again in the pan.
3. Take out of the pan and serve.
