Circuit:
Basic squat
Split squat
Plié squat
Standing oblique crunch
Basic crunch
Bicycle
Single leg reverse lunge with knee-up
Curtsy lunge
Side lunge
Front plank
Left side plank
Right side plank

REPEAT circuit

Cool down:
Runner’s lunge
Hamstring stretch
Triangle pose
Switch sides
Deep breaths
