Deep squat
One legged squat
Plié with hop
Oblique crunch
Basic crunch
Bicycles
Bridge with single leg lift
Lunge hops
High plank with leg lifts
Side plank with leg lifts

REPEAT circuit

Cool down:
Side to side reach
Runner’s lunge
Hamstring stretch
Switch sides
Deep breaths
Tricep stretch
