3 sets of each exercises, trying to achieve as many repetitions as possible in 1 minute, followed by 30 seconds rest between each set. Repeated for each of the following exercises:
Lunge and flexion
Squat and twist
Deadlift and press row
Step and waist rotation
Bent-over row
