This lower body boot camp class is designed to tighten and tone the lower half of your body through a three layer workout system. Sandra Augustin will guide you through each round from easiest to most challenging. Throughout each round feel free to adjust to the level the works best with your skill level. Details

You need a tube resistance band for this workout. Exercise mat is optional.

Workout details - 3 rounds of the following exercises, 8-12 reps each. Each round gets progressively more challenging.
