This power vinyasa class starts by building heat through energizing, fluid movements. You'll then build strength by sculpting the legs and toning the abdominals as you refine your alignment in key poses. A short meditation practice at the close of class gently re-connects you with your breath and allows you to get in touch with your deepest desires.

Equipment

You will need a sticky mat for this class. A block is optional.
