The Liberating Power of Mindfulness Program, includes 12 meditations designed to develop the qualities of mindfulness - being aware, present, and focused on the now. The Program covers 6 themes, each consisting of a 5-minute introductory practice and a 20-minute deeper exploration practice, that cultivate awareness of: Breath, Body, Listening, Emotions, all sensations (Open Awareness), and the nature of awareness itself (Big Mind).
