Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Rosemary
Garlic
Onion
Apple Cider
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475 F and brown the seasoned meat for 25 minutes.
Take it out and place in the garlic, onion, rosemary and apple cider.
Close off with foil and place the baking pot on top of a baking sheet and place in the oven for 3 hours.
