Ingredient:
1/2 cup of butter
8 oz. of cream cheese
2 cup of whole milk
6 oz. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
Direction:
1. Melt your butter over medium heat in a none stick sauce pan. When the butter is melted whisk in the cream cheese. Whisk until the mixture is nice and smooth.
2. Add in the milk little at a time whisking while adding to smooth out the mixture.
3. Once all the milk has been stirred in add in parmesan cheese and stir. Add the black pepper and stir until desired thickness over low heat. If the sauce gets too thick add in milk little bit at a time.
