Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Creme Fraiche
2 Tbsp Chives, minced
1/2 Tbsp Butter
Two slices of Toast
Salt & Pepper
*Directions:
1. On a med-high heat in a medium size pot melt the butter.
2. Add in 2 eggs and whisk vigorously until you get a silky creamy texture for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add in creme fraiche, chives, salt and pepper.
4. Whisk again for 3-5 minutes.
