1. Always have a fire extinguisher.

2. Have a thermometer with you to gage your temperature.

3. Your pot of oil should always be half filled.

4. Always dry your ingredient you want to fry.

5. Fry in small batches so everything thing is fried.

6. Translucent and golden is the key.

7. Double fy is the key to crunchy texture

8. Pop the ingredient in the freezer for about 30 minute to and hour.

9. Take them out when they are golden brown.

10. Don't toss the oil or pour it down the drain, you can strain it and use it again!
