1. Start off by cleaning and de-bearding the Mussels. With the mussels washed pour them into a pot then add white wine, shallots, and garlic and mix them up.
2. Add a bunched up parsley. Cover it up and cook it for 5-10 min.
3. When the mussels have opened up it means they are ready. Take out the parsley. Transfer the mussels to a serving dish. Make sure the mussels are opened otherwise throw them away. Add fresh parsley and your ready to serve.
