Pottery Barn wine expert and author of "Oldman's Brave New World of Wine", Mark Oldman, shows how to make sangria in this video.

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
Strawberries
Lemons
Limes
Oranges
Red wine
Favorite Liquor (rum, etc)
Sugar
Honey
2 cups sparkling water
Ice

Directions:
1. For this traditional red sangria recipe, first cut up fruits like strawberries, lemons, limes, and oranges. Cut the fruit into small wheels since they look good and are fun to eat later. Put the cut fruit in a sangria pitcher. Press the fruit and mix it.

2. Add red wine such as a Spanish red wine to the fruit mix. Add a shot of your favorite liquor, for example rum, to the mixture. Next, add sugar or honey to this sangria recipe. Then add two cups of sparkling water. Let this mixture chill overnight. This red sangria, a traditional sangria, is now ready. Now that you know how to make sangria, serve it with ice in festive glasses and entertain in style!
