Equipment Required: Barbell with Weights, Kettlebell, Ball
The workout consists of 5 exercises - Cleans, Side Lunges, Kettlebell Swings, Alternate Squat Thrusts (aka, Mountain Climbers) Lateral Ball Hops. Each exercise is performed 9-21 times depending on the weights you have and your fitness level. Then perform the entire circuit 3-5 times ensuring that you maintain proper form.
