Today’s session will help you let go of worry. So much of what gets in the way of our happiness is constant worrying about the future, and today we’ll practice letting go of some of this worry, being deeply present with the moment right now.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
