Today will be about letting go of control and being okay with allowing things to happen in their own time. Join Cory in this exercise to observe your thoughts and need to be in control, and release the need to control, more often trusting in others and in time.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
