In today’s session, we’ll explore being exactly where we are. It might seem basic, but so often we’re not where we are because we're caught up in external thoughts. However, there can be a deep peace that comes being here, in the present moment, and to be more intentional in how we take care of this moment. Let’s be here, now.

Instructions

Start by finding a relaxed posture – this could be sitting, lying down, or even standing. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes.
