Upesh Soni - Try alternating between cardio and strength training workouts. Cardio helps get the heart rate up and burn more calories. And strength training workouts help build muscle, which increases your body's ability to burn calories at rest. Grokker has an amazing selection of all kind of fitness videos. Hello again! I apologize: on September 5, I was remiss in not mentioning that it is biologically impossible to reduce fat in one body part specifically. (It is only possible to strengthen it!) Experts recommend losing fat throughout the entire body through: (a) a healthy diet, including a reduction in added sugars, (b) cardio, (c) HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and (d) strength training. As the entire body loses fat and gains muscle, the tummy will shrink along with all the other body parts together. Very best wishes!
(P.S. On a personal note, this past year I discovered that beginner-level yoga helped immensely to encourage me to reconnect my mind with my body and to make healthy choices! :))
