Ingredients:
2 15 oz cans of garbanzo beans
1/4 cup of the liquid reserved
2 lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
1. Drain garbanzo beans and reserve liquid from can. Combine drained garbanzo beans and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Add reserved liquid. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Top with fresh parsley and serve with pita bread or raw veggies.
