Cooking Recipe

Servings/Yields: Makes 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ready In: 35 minutes
Make Sure You Have: parchment paper

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry sheet (store bought)
4 tbsps jam (any kind of jam you want)
1 egg

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Cut puff pastry sheet into 4 squares. Place one spoonful of jam in the middle of each puff pastry square.

3. Lightly beat one egg. Brush egg along two sides of the puff pastry square. Fold over and crimp the edges of the turnover with a fork to seal the sides together. Use a small knife to make three small slits in the top of each turnover.

4. Place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
