Arugula Salad Ingredients:
8 oz. arugula
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp goat cheese
1. Whisk jam, vinegar, and salt together.
2. Slowly drizzle and whisk in oil.
3. Season with more salt or jam to taste.
4. In a salad bowl add in the Arugula, peaches, sliced almonds, goat cheese and the dressing together. Toss it together and serve.
