Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups quartered grape tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup hummus
Directions:
1. Spread 1/4 cup hummus on bread slice
2. Arrange tomatoes, olives and scallions
3. Top with crumbled goat cheese.
