Take your salad to the next level with this simple but delicious vinaigrette technique from award winning Chef, Craig Stoll.

Cooking Recipe

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
Vinegar
Olive Oil
Garlic

Instructions:

1. Crush garlic, then add vinegar and garlic to a small mason jar.

2. Close mason jar and shake ingredients. Let sit for 20 minutes.

3. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.

4. Close mason jar and give one last shake to mix up all ingredient, then serve when ready.
