Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion Grated
2 Medium Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup of Parsley chopped
1/2 cup of Rice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch of Saffron
1/4 tsp Turmeric
For Sauce:
1/2 Medium Onion Grated
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
2 cup of Water
1/2 tsp Butter
Directions:
Start off by mixing all the ingredients for the meatball in a bowl together. Add in 1 egg and 1 egg yolk into the mix and mix more. After the mix is done place in refrigerator for 1 hour. After it has been stored in the refrigerator for an hour take out and start to make meatballs.
Start to make the sauce by getting a pot with vegetable oil. Add in the onions, spices, and butter for about 2-3 minutes. Add in the meatballs and cook for about 25-30 minutes in medium heat.
After 30 minutes have gone by transfer meatballs to a plate and cook the sauce until it is reduced. Add salt, pepper, and cinnamon to the sauce reduce then add back the meatballs and serve hot.
