Ingredients (serves 1) 35 grams protein:
- 3/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (20–25g)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice (8g in cow milk)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (10g)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
