Exercises:
Three Minute Warm-Up
Four Sets, each consisting of three exercises, targeting the upper body, lower body and a power exercise
Round 1 - Perform each of the three exercises - Push-Ups, Lunges and Jump Kicks - for one minute, take a 30 second break and repeat
Round 2 - Perform each of the three exercises - Bicep Curls to Overhead, Side Lunges, Burpees - for one minute, take a 30 second break and repeat
Round 3 - Perform each of the three exercises - Rows, Deadlifts, Mountain Climbers - for one minute, take a 30 second break and repeat
Round 4 - Perform each of the three exercises - Plank Up/Downs, Side Planks, Bicycles - for one minute, take a 30 second break and repeat
