Circuit 1:
KB Swings (20 reps)
Kneeling Overhead Presses (8 reps/side)
Circuit 2:
Reverse Lunges with Pulse (8 reps/side)
Renegade Rows (8 reps/arm)
Circuit 3:
Lateral Lunges (8 reps/leg)
Side Plank with Leg Lift (10 second hold repeated 3x on each side)
