Complete 8 reps of the first exercise, then 8 of the next exercise, repeat two more times (3 rounds total):

Split Squat with DB + Cent-Over 'W' Lift
Single-Leg Deadlift + Push-Up Lowerings
Squats with DB or KB + Weighted Chops
