This Abbreviated Primary Series sequence is designed for new students to the ashtanga method, and those with an existing practice that desire a shorter routine. This minimum daily practice will build heat with the sun salutes, ground with the standing poses, and calm the mind with a deep floor series. 3. Primal Vinyasa Flow

8. Morning Yoga: 40-minute Energizing Flow
