Ingredients:
4 Corn
1/4 pound butter
3 Chipotle marinated in Adobo sauce (pre-packaged)
Couple sprigs of cilantro for garnish
Lime juice to taste *optional
Docums rub to taste *optional
Directions:
1. Start off by shucking, cleaning, and cutting the corn in halves. Then place the corn on the grill.
2. Take a sauté pan and place it in a medium-high heat and melt a 1/4 pound of butter. Then chop up the chipotle that are in the adobo sauce and place them in the pan with the butter.
3. Once the corn has a little color take a plate and pour in about the melted butter and chipotle. Take the corn and place them on top of the melted butter and turn them around so the butter can soak into the corn.
4. Finish with cilantro on garnish, Docums rub (optional; check out Doc's video on how to make Docums) and a little lime on top.
Enjoy!
