Ingredients:
12 oz milk
1 cup chocolate shaving
Ingredients for Lavender infused:
12 oz warm milk
1 cup chocolate shaving
Pistachios
1 tsp lavender
Scoop Whip Cream
Ingredients for Aztec Hot Chocolate:
12 oz warm milk
2 whole chipolte peppers
1 cup chocolate shaving
2 scoops whip cream
Cinnamon stick, grated
Directions:
1. For the regular hot chocolate warm up a lot of milk and then take out 12 oz of warmed milk and add 1 cup of chocolate shaving. Whisk it together and pour it into a serving cup.
2. For the lavender infused hot chocolate add 12 oz of warm milk into the measuring cup and add in 1 tsp of lavender and let it steep by covering it with plastic wrap for few minutes. Take your pistachios into your coffee grinder. Strain the milk into the serving cup and add in 1 cup of chocolate shavings and whisk until well blended. Add a scoop of whip cream and sprinkle the pistachios.
3. For the Aztec hot chocolate, in a measuring cup add 12 oz of warm milk. Put in 2 whole chipotle pepper and cover it with plastic wrap and let it steep for couple minutes. Strain the milk into the serving cup and add 1 cup chocolate shaving and whisk it together. Top it off with whip cream and grated cinnamon.
