2. 15-Minute Fitness Challenge

For the final 21-Day Athlete session Pace and Go have put together a selection of their most challenging loaded and unloaded exercises for you to put your fitness to the test and review how far you have progressed with your overall fitness, strength and stamina. It’s going to be tough but it’s going to feel great!
3. Dynamic Loaded Workout

In this session Pace and Go will lead you through a dynamic loaded workout that aims to increase muscle mass and improve your overall strength. You will complete 10 weighted strength exercises working on the lower body, then upper body and core. Pace and Go’s innovate and challenging exercises ensure that your full range of motion is used for an optimal full-body functional fitness workout.
4. Tabata Interval Training

Join Pace and Go for a Tabata style workout that combines different movements from the first two workouts of the second week in the 21-Day Athlete program. A Tabata workout is a timed interval method that alternates between 20 second intervals performed at a maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for four rounds. Get ready to sweat!
5. Full Body Activation

In the second workout in the 21-Day Athlete program Pace and Go will lead you through a full body activation with a focus on core strength and engagement. A strong core is key to building functional fitness and will allow you to perform all exercises with greater stability, strength and balance.
6. Strength and Conditioning

In this session Pace and Go take you through a full body strength and conditioning AMRAP session. AMRAP means “as many reps as possible” and is a perfect format for building intensity, conditioning, endurance and mental strength as you challenge yourself to push your physical limits.
7. Muscle Recovery + Flexibility

Kelly Lee is taking you Back to the Basics of Strength Training. If you're following the series, this class serves as a well-deserved stretch and recovery break from all the hard work you've been putting in. Kelly will guide you through active stretches designed to reduce tightness, stress, and tension while creating more mobility throughout your body. With increased mobility, you will help prevent injuries and improve your athletic performance.
8. HIIT #5 - Performance

Get ready to do some really dynamic moves - over 16 different movements. Put everything you've learned in Sarah's other workouts into action. Grab your hand weights - if you have them, for a greater challenge - and have some fun. This workout offers a ton of variety with no repeating the same move twice.
9. Cardio Core #4 - Combo

Jumpstart your metabolism with a lot of movement! This workout consists of a 10-minute Tabata-style (20-seconds on/10-seconds off) cardio session, followed by 13 minutes of core work. This is a great full body workout that will get your heart rate up and then focus on toning and sculpting the abs. Get after it and enjoy!
10. Mindful Movements #1 - Restore & Breathe

This routine is designed to give your body a break following intense workouts from prior days and also to learn how to improve your breathing and open up tight muscles to enhance your performance in all of your activities. This is not a strenuous flow, but instead includes movements where you will be holding stretches and poses intended to promote recovery and rejuvenation. You will be amazed at how much your range of motion improved from the start of the routine to the end!
