- Every Minute On the Minute
- 2x exercises by reps, within each minute
- Remainder of each minute is rest

Exercises
Odd minutes (1, 3, 5, 7, 9):
1. 10x Squat Jumps
2. 10x Alternating Curtsies

Even minutes (2, 4, 6, 8, 10):
1. 5-10x Inverted Press Ups
2. 10x Y-Sky Dives
