- Every Minute On the Minute
- 2x exercises by reps, within each minute
- Remainder of each minute is rest

Odd minutes (1, 3, 5, 7, 9):
1. 10x Reverse Plank Marches
2. 20x Hip Bridges

Even minutes (2, 4, 6, 8, 10):
1. 10x Bicep Hold Oblique Crunches - Right
2. 10x Bicep Hold Oblique Crunches - Left
