EMOM Strength
- Every Minute On the Minute
- 2x exercises by reps, within each minute
- Remainder of each minute is rest

Exercises
Odd minutes (1, 3, 5, 7, 9):
1. 10x Prisoner Squats
2. 10x Sumo Squat Jump Touchdowns

Even minutes (2, 4, 6, 8, 10):
1. 10x Tricep Push Ups
2. 20x Alternating Contralateral Limb Lifts
