Build strength and increase confidence as we learn some of the basic standing poses in yoga. Follow Grokker Yoga Expert Siri Peterson in this class designed for the absolute beginner. We will learn how to keep our feet, ankles, knees, and hips aligned and safe as we stretch and strengthen our lower bodies. This Grokker Premium video will help us feel more grounded as we learn to stand strong in our center.

Equipment

You will need a yoga mat for this lesson, a rolled up blanket or towel, and blocks.
