Bloody Mary w/ Dark Lager Malt Beer

The classic bloody Mary is a 'go to cocktail' for weekend mornings. This pumped up version has so many good ingredients in it...it's like a meal in itself! Try it out at your next brunch or any time you want a fun cocktail!

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Mix:
1-14 oz can crushed tomatoes
4 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 chipotle en adobo, minced
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Tobasco
1 tbsp Tapatio
1 tbsp pepperoncini juice
1/2 bottle malty beer, such as a dark lager
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp celery salt
1 bottle vodka

Directions:
1. In a pitcher, mix together all the Bloody Mary Mix ingredients. Drink the other half of the beer that is leftover.

2. Fill a glass with ice. Add 2 oz. (shot) of vodka and top with the Bloody Mary mix. Stir or shake well.

3. Garnish with all your favorite accouterments, such as pickles, celery, lemon, cubed cheese, salami, boiled shrimp, etc.
