1 & 1/2 pound grilled pork, thinly sliced (or meat of your choice)
2 cup mint leaves, lightly packed
1/2 cup cilantro, thinly sliced
2 Shallots, large, thinly sliced
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 Kaffir lime leaf, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp ground chilies (crushed pepper will also work )
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp ground and toasted sticky rice (optional )
2 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
1. Take your cooked meat of choice and slice them into thin slices. Place it in a bowl and add a handful of mint, cilantro, shallots, green onions, kaffir lime leaves, ground chills, palm sugar, fish sauce 1 tbsp first, rice powder, chili, and lime juice 1 & 1/2 tbsp first.
2. Stir it up and give it a taste and season it if needed.
3. Plate it and serve it with sticky rice if you want.
