Super fast and simple Thai salad that you can use any meat you have in your refrigerator. It has great flavors of mint, kaffir lime leaves, cilantro, fish sauce, and lime juice. Chef Tomm shows how easy it is to create this delicious salad in this Grokker Premium video.

Cooking Recipe

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 pound grilled pork, thinly sliced (or meat of your choice)
2 cup mint leaves, lightly packed
1/2 cup cilantro, thinly sliced
2 Shallots, large, thinly sliced
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 Kaffir lime leaf, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp ground chilies (crushed pepper will also work )
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp ground and toasted sticky rice (optional )
2 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

Directions:
1. Take your cooked meat of choice and slice them into thin slices. Place it in a bowl and add a handful of mint, cilantro, shallots, green onions, kaffir lime leaves, ground chills, palm sugar, fish sauce 1 tbsp first, rice powder, chili, and lime juice 1 & 1/2 tbsp first.

2. Stir it up and give it a taste and season it if needed.

3. Plate it and serve it with sticky rice if you want.
