Happy Hour: Sunset Sangria Drink

Ingredients:
2 tsp.finely shredded lime peel
1 cup lime juice
3/4 cup sugar
Ice
1 750-ml. bottle Pinot Noir or Syrah, chilled
1 nectarine, pitted and sliced

Directions:
1. To make sangria, combine 1 cup of lime juice, 2 teaspoons of lime zest, 3/4 cup of sugar, and water, stirring until mixed well. Add ice to 2/3 cup of the mixture and add in 1/3 cup of wine. Garnish this cocktail drink with a nectarine slice, and you have a sangria recipe to add to your mixed drinks this weekend.
