Ingredients:
4 chai tea bags
4 cups water
4 tbsp honey
1 can coconut milk, shaken well
Pinch of cinnamon
Crushed ice
Directions:
1. Bring the water to a boil, remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, squeezing any excess from the pouch into the pot. Add the honey and stir to combine. Chill the tea in the refrigerator until cold.
2. To serve, fill a glass with crushed ice, which can be done using your food processor. This added touch gives the tea a really great texture. Fill the glass 2/3 full of tea and top with some coconut milk.
